The Phantom Mullet Blog was brought about by some crazy Systems Administrator, in the Educational sector, as a creative outlet.  He was already Twittering, but he needed a creative space that allowed for more than 140 characters.  So I hope you enjoy the crazy antics of the Phantom Mullet.
